How do I pay?+
By mobile money — M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money — or by card. Payments are handled by DPO Pay; card details are entered on their page and never reach us.
Can I change package later?+
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply as soon as payment settles. If you downgrade, anything above the new limits keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens if I pay late?+
Nothing immediately. Your sites keep running for seven days after the period ends, and we send you the invoice link. Only after that does the workspace suspend — and paying restores it straight away. We never delete your data for a late payment.
Is email really included?+
Yes. Every paid hosting package includes mailboxes on your own domain, at no extra cost per mailbox. Most platforms make you buy that separately.
Do you charge for bandwidth?+
No. There are no download or transfer charges on any package. You pay the monthly price and nothing else.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes, on every paid package, with HTTPS issued automatically. You also get a free subdomain immediately, so you can go live before your domain is ready.
